Angus is a newly created suburb, carved out from the boundaries of Marsden Park and Riverstone. The suburb of Angus is proudly named after the former Shire President of Blacktown Shire Council (1917 – 1920) and is situated north from the remaining boundary of Marsden Park.
The suburb of Angus continues to enjoy a semi-rural setting in the north of the Blacktown local government area.
